FCI Development is The GC Division of Flat Cat Inc.

Flat Cat Inc. provides General Contracting Services in our Indiana and Florida divisions.  As a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida (CGC1513021) we provide our clients with complete contruction services.  Our Indiana division recently completed the interior buildout for the IMAVEX corporation.  With a distinctive and creative design, their original office space was a challenge to enlarge.  The results of working closely with the owners and remaining flexible to achieve their desired product were fantastic.
