Our experience with Industrial floors sets our company apart from the typical warehouse builder. With the technology available today anyone can laser screed a slab and finish 50,000 sf with 10’ riding trowel machines. As long as everything goes well. Things don't always go as planned and that is when you need an experienced crew on your jobsite. When you have to place and finish a floor with above average specifications you need a company with decades of experience behind it. Industrial floors are typically between 8” and 24” thick
with one to two layers of reinforcing bars.
This type of floor requires planning and execution far beyond the
